"You probably wouldn't think it, but when I take this supplement I become much more "regular" and less bloated. about 3 weeks in I notice a considerable amount of what I would describe as "natural" energy. It's not like caffeine, it's more like just having more energy to push through the day.. including tough workouts. Side note, I am the only one in my family that has not gotten sick in the past 3 months and I am the only one that takes this supplement.. So I must have a fortified immune system. I have long been an advocate for mushroom supplementation for the previous listed reasons, for my money, Mushroom Immunity is one is one of the best if not the very best mushroom supplement I have ever taken, and at a great value."
