- 1 cup Cilantro (Including the stem)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 small jalepeño peppers
- Squeeze of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup fat free yogurt plain
- 1/2 cup light mayo/ miracle whip
- 1 tsp honey (any sweetener, use 2 tsp depending on taste)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 collagen stick pack
- 1/4 cup green onions (OPTIONAL)
Preparation
- Add everything in the order of the ingredients listed to a blender.
- Blend well and serve!
