Collagen Avocado Hummus Dip

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 scoop of unflavored collagen
- Juice of one lemon
- Roughly chopped jalopeno
- Parsley
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Once its well blended spoon into a bowl and pour an additional splash of olive oil on the dip.
- Serve with mini peppers or carrots. Enjoy!!!
